Independent Timber Supplies is looking for an experienced Administration person to join our thriving business in a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. This is a position with an incredible opportunity to explore and progress your skills in our industry.

Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 35 years. We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders in the Western Australian building market - supplying quality timber, frames, trusses along with a variety of other products.
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Administrator to enhance our business brand. A highly organised and pro-active person looking for the next step in your career portfolio and the opportunity to possibly work closer to home.

About the role:
* Accurate Data Entry
* Administrative tasks including filing
* High accuracy processing quotes and orders within time frames.
* Inbound and Outbound correspondence
* Excellent phone manner and customer service as the first point of contact
* Support other members in your Sales team
* Be a central point of contact and co-ordination internally
To be successful you will need:
* Willingness to Drug and Alcohol testing
* Developed computer skills.
* Excellent organisation and time management ability
* Communication skills (oral & written)
* Work within a team or autonomously.
* High attention to detail.
* Positive and willingness to learn and develop.
