Job Description
* Analyse and document business requirements for ERP systems in line with organisational goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
* Develop and implement system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for management review.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful ERP adoption.
* Provide support for system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Monitor the performance of ERP systems and recommend optimisation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Analyst - ERP should have:
* Proven experience working with ERP systems, specifically JDE.
* Experience working in ERP consultancy firms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
* Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
