We're looking for a hands-on team member who enjoys variety from assisting customers and providing quotes to professionally packing consignments and supporting smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Operations Assistant, your day will include:
* Preparing accurate quotes using our in-house system (full training provided).
* Following up on quotes and converting them into bookings.
* Greeting walk-in customers and handling counter sales.
* Managing service enquiries and coordinating with operations to keep jobs on track.
* Monitoring consignments and keeping customers updated.
* Professionally packing consignments to ensure safe transport.
* Collecting and delivering customer items safely and on time.

About You
* Must have legal work rights in Australia for the required hours (e.g., Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid visa with work rights).
* Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written).
* Previous experience in customer service or willingness to learn.
* Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting and packing items safely.
· Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service.
* Confident using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
* Manual driver's licence (Class C) preferred, but we will consider the right applicant without one.
