About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Business Partner to join us in this newly created position responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment services across a diverse portfolio of roles.

As the Recruitment Business Partner you will be responsible for:

- Leading a dynamic recruitment team to provide a smooth and positive experience from job advertisement to candidate commencement
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies to meet strategic goals
- Designing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool
- Creating engaging job advertisements and social media content that reflect current recruitment trends
- Ensuring compliance with MLHD policies, Award, and legislative requirements while promoting diversity and inclusion

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Proven experience leading recruitment and/or talent acquisition initiatives, preferably across a diverse range of roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a candidate-first mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in recruitment practices
