About the Role
ClearRoute is one of the fastest-growing global platform engineering consultancies, with a presence across five geographies. We've scaled to 150+ people in just three years and are now looking for a seasoned professional to join our senior commercial team in Sydney.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Build trusted relationships with CxOs and senior technology leaders at large enterprises.
* Drive new growth opportunities by identifying cross-sell and up-sell possibilities across ClearRoute's core services.
* Partner with hyper scalers and strategic technology partners to create joint go-to-market opportunities.
* Shape sales strategies that differentiate ClearRoute in a competitive consulting market.
* Consistently forecast pipeline with accuracy and transparency.
Your Requirements
* A proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services into enterprise accounts.
* A strong network across Australia's enterprise organisations, ideally in financial services, media & telecoms, or utilities.
* The ability to engage credibly at both C-suite and engineering team levels.
* Commercial acumen, resilience, and motivation by building long-term client partnerships.
* A passion for technology and the future of AI, automation, and platform engineering.
