Our operations are data-driven and supported by cutting-edge systems and IT solutions, all managed by a high-performance team dedicated to excellence.ABOUT THE ROLEThe primary purpose of the Operational Project Coordinator is to efficiently plan and execute all Supply Base, Site, Vessel activities and 3rd party Contractors for daily Operations.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESMobilise to Operational Sites as required for Project start up and executionSupport other business units with obtaining operational standardsSupply Vessel scopes of workLoad/Unload and storage operation on pipeline projectsUse of up to 16t forklift for various work scopesUse of reach stacker for various scopes of workTo work as directed by the Operational Projects ManagerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders from both a corporate and project site level as requiredSupport the timely and accurate invoicing processes for customer projectCollate and validate support documents for invoicingConduct Journey Management PlansLiaise with QE client, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and Qube Energy staff to ensure on time delivery of projectSupport business improvement projects for both administrative and operational tasksAudit administrative and operational tasks and provide improvement action plansProvide project plans, timelines and resources required for projectsCoordination of trucks, cranes and other vehicles or equipment through the facilityAccurate and timely completion and processing of all transport and logistics paperwork (con notes, manifests, etc.)Loading and unloading of offshore containers, freight and specialist equipmentLoad restraint of various cargo typesConduct inventory processes including stocktaking, warehouse redesign and general receipt and dispatchTally and reconciliation of material against con notes, manifests, packing lists, stock count sheets, etc.Correct operation and use of yard / warehouse equipment including hand trolleys, pallet jacks, scales, air compressors, high pressure water cleaners, loading ramps, fuel pumps, etc.Stuffing and de-stuffing of containersInspection and maintenance of containers, slings and lifting equipmentComplying with all HSE policies and proceduresReport all damages, faulty equipment, incidents or accidents in a timely mannerCorrect and safe operation of all vehiclesQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years supervisory experience or relevant Supply Base ExperienceHigh risk forklift licenceReach stacker licence and experience preferredAbility to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolutionAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentHolder of a current MSIC clearance or able to obtainFamiliarity and knowledge of products and equipment common to the construction industry, oil and gas Drilling campaigns and the broader Logistics industryUnderstanding of current Load Restraint standards and requirementsExperience in warehousing and inventory principles and practicesExperience in logistics coordinationAdequate numeracy and literacyUnderstanding of requirements for handling and consigning dangerous goodsAbility to work without direct supervisionKnowledge of relevant legislation impacting on the role and the businessThe ability to work as an integrated teamAbility to receive both written and verbal instructions and complete requested tasks accordinglyAbility to identify problems or hazards and make alternative suggestionsManual driver’s licence requiredAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding and isolated environmentJoin us at Qube Energy, where we are not just meeting industry standards but setting them.
