This is a genuine growth hire, not a backfill. The business is investing in expansion across a specialist neurovascular portfolio and requires a strong leader to build capability, drive strategy and accelerate performance across the QLD region. Territory alignment may vary depending on candidate location and experience.
What you will be doing
* Developing and executing regional sales strategies to deliver revenue and market share growth
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of Territory Managers across QLD, with flexibility in final state alignment
* Building high-level relationships with interventional specialists, hospital executives and procurement stakeholders
* Driving adoption of advanced neurovascular technologies within complex hospital environments
* Managing forecasting, budgets and KPI reporting to ensure commercial discipline
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing capability uplift within the team
* Representing the business at industry meetings and key customer engagements
* Partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and operational excellence
Skills & Experience may include
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
* Minimum 8 years' sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
* Proven success within medical device or pharmaceutical hospital sales
* Strong understanding of hospital procurement pathways and tender processes
* Experience managing multi-state territories highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to build strategy, analyse performance data and execute effectively
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
* A people-focused leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams
* Confident communicator able to engage senior clinical and executive stakeholders
