Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Platform Engineer – 110,000–130,000 Super Burleigh Heads
Pearson Carter are currently working with an Australian veterinary tech company helping clinics improve performance, client engagement, and revenue through analytics, automation, and digital tools.
Following a successful Snowflake rollout and ongoing migration into Sigma Computing, they are expanding their data team to support continued platform growth and AI-enabled analytics.
They offer an excellent salary of 110K–130K Super and hybrid working (1–3 days in office).
Responsibilities:
* Design and build scalable Snowflake data pipelines
* Develop Python-based ingestion and transformation workflows
* Build dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas)
* Optimise Azure-based data platform performance and cost
* Enable Sigma Computing for self-service analytics
* Support CI/CD, testing, and data governance practices
Experience:
* 5 years Data/Analytics Engineering experience
* Strong Snowflake, Python, SQL experience
* Azure cloud experience
* Strong dimensional modelling capability
* Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
Salary:
110,000–130,000 Super
Location:
Burleigh Heads, Australia (Hybrid 1–3 days in office)
