APAC Sales Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth across the APAC region.


About the Role

* Foster strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem.
* Develop strategic plans to increase revenue through partnerships and execute joint business initiatives.
* Work closely with regional teams to drive new business through partnerships and leverage customer success and professional services capabilities.
* Achieve significant growth in partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations for the APAC region.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive high-value partnerships to generate revenue and build joint solutions that align with both partner and corporate strategies.
* Develop and execute joint business plans with clear goals, measurement, and feedback loops.
* Collaborate with internal sales teams to conduct joint account planning and opportunity management.
* Leverage partner capabilities to drive predictable customer expansion and support the scaling of our services team through strategic partner integration.
* Represent our company in the region, acting as a subject matter expert and staying up-to-date on market trends.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus).
* 7+ years of experience in channel sales with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
* Minimum 3-5 years of partner sales management experience with both GSI/RSI and Cloud Service Providers.
* Proven track record in cloud or traditional VAR technology partnerships.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels.
* Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills who can work independently or within a team.
* Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
* Fluency with AI and application of advanced technologies.
