* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experiences across outlets and conference spaces.
* Lead a high-performing team by fostering engagement, development, and retention through robust control systems.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and expenditure through efficient processes.
* Analyse F&B financials, including spend per cover and departmental profit margins.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to optimise menus and wine lists for customer appeal and profitability.
* Implement service improvements based on guest feedback and market trends.
* Forecast demand, plan marketing initiatives, and evaluate event feasibility to maximise revenue.
* Generate models for ad-hoc events or promotions, analysing potential profit and loss.
