Join to apply for the Property Manager role at Stockland We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our Investment Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of our Workplace/Office assets in Macquarie Park, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting and property reporting.Asset Management: Drive asset net profit by maximizing revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget.Lease Management: Manage lease administration, including accuracy of lease set up, rent reviews and managing critical dates.Lease negotiation: Assist in negotiation new leases, renewals and disposals.Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention. Manage regular tenant meetings with minutes.Contractor Management: Ensure contractors and service providers complete tasks satisfactorily, respond to queries, and manage timely payment of invoices.Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and drive programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.About You: We are looking for a highly organized individual with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: Solid understanding and 3+ years' work experience in property management, preferably within workplace/ office.Knowledge: Good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S.Skills: Strong analytical and financial budgeting skills, with a client-focused approach.Attributes: Ability to maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
