Job Description

The role of a Bell Captain is to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. As the face of the hotel, you will engage with guests from arrival to departure, providing a warm welcome and farewell.

Responsibilities include securely parking guest cars, delivering bags and amenities in accordance with hotel policies, and leading the bell team in general operational tasks. You will also be an empowering supervisor, motivating and supporting your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key aspects of this role include:

* Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining all features and hotel offerings
* Being an expert on the hotel and surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond
* Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

* A current driver's license
* Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
* Working rights in Australia

In addition, you should be enthusiastic about escalating your career, self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
