About the Role:
As Central Support Team Manager, you’ll lead a diverse national team of clinical and non‑clinical professionals supporting older Australians as they navigate their My Aged Care pathway. You’ll manage multiple team leaders across Australia, ensuring efficient triage, high‑quality support plan reviews, delegation of Assessment outcomes and smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to deliver outstanding client experiences and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Interpret and analyse performance data across multiple platforms to identify priorities, guide decision‑making, and optimise service delivery.
- Allocate resources and adapt quickly to changing operational drivers.
- Foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act (2024), Australian Aged Care Standards, and the Statement of Rights.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years’ operational management experience in a dynamic delivery context.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally gained in a service delivery, logistics or call‑centre context.
- Ability to analyse and interpret performance data to optimise service delivery.
- Proven results orientation.
- Demonstrated people management and coaching experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of telephony systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Proven change management skills and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self‑starter.
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills.
