The Role
We're seeking an experiencedService Advisorto join our workshop team.
You'll be the key link between drivers, mechanics, and management — ensuring all maintenance and repair work is scheduled, documented, and completed on time.
SE National has over 200 registered assets, including prime movers, rigid trucks, vans and forklifts.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily service and repair jobs for trucks and trailers
Liaise with drivers and operations to manage workshop bookings and breakdowns
Create, issue, and close outjob cardsand maintenance records
Communicate clearly with the techs and other service advisors to ensure parts availability before jobs begin
Monitor progress in the workshop and keep management updated on timelines and delays
Support compliance with maintenance schedules and defect reporting
Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients
About You
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Scheduler in a mechanical, transport, or dealership environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good mechanical understanding (trucks/trailers preferred)
Confident with computers and workshop management systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
