Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches, toasties, salads, and other
* Assist in menu planning and daily specials
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety standards
* Manage inventory
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Guid the team in order to manage different situations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a chef or cook in a café or similar setting
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Creativity and passion for quality, fresh ingredients
* Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed and flexible
* Team player with good communication skills
* Availabity to work on Wednessdays from morning to 3pm and another 2- 3 days
