We are a well-respected firm on the Sunshine Coast which provides a range of legal services including Conveyancing for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking an experienced conveyancer to join our team.
The work will include:
· Residential conveyancing, off plan contracts and some commercial contracts
· PEXA settlements
· Preparation and review of contracts
· Managing client files from initial enquiry until post settlement
· Liaising and communicating effectively with clients
· Staying up to date with Queensland Conveyancing protocol
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 year's experience in these areas and an excellent knowledge of the relevant legislation and procedures.
You must also possess:
· excellent attention to detail;
· excellent communication skills;
· skills to deliver quality, timely and cost effective advice and solutions for clients;
· the ability to relate well with clients;
· good interpersonal skills;
· the ability to work with minimal supervision.
· willingness to meet with key referrers and be involved in the firm's marketing activities
