About the Role
This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to support daily operations and lead the team in the absence of the Park Manager. As Assistant Park Manager, you will be responsible for driving team performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily park operations and responding to after-hours callouts
* Supporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
* Assisting with budgeting and revenue tracking
* Leading and mentoring staff across departments
* Helping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance
* Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident leader with great communication skills and a strong service mindset. You should be solutions-focused and enjoy variety in your day-to-day tasks.
* Leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism
* Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills
* Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting
* Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal)
* Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site
