Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
* Solution Design & Development: Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.
* ServiceNow Platform Governance: Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and ServiceNow best practices.
* Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind.
* Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets.
* ServiceNow Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
* Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work closely with ServiceNow partners and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
* Essential Skills:
* Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
* Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Bonus Points:
* At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation.
* Highly motivated self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
