We are looking for an innovative and experienced leader to plan and implement the delivery of services and programs in our facility.
The Bunbury Geographe Motor Museum has been established since 2020 to showcase the South West's hidden treasures with a diverse collection of veteran, vintage, classic vehicles, racing cars, motorbikes and auto memorabilia
Job Description
Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operation of the BGMM including recruitment and management of our team of volunteers. A key focus will be developing and implementing the existing operational plans within the organisation's strategic framework. This includes contributing to the development of the exhibition and event programs; contributing to policy and strategy development; managing and reporting on financial and human resources.

Location
this position will be located in the BGMM building, based at 21 Wellington Street Bunbury.
Key accountabilities:
* Coordinate the daily operations of the BGMM, including the daily volunteer staffing requirements.
* Carry out administrative functions on behalf of the board
* Curate the BGMM car collection, including making recommendations for acquisitions, maintaining the Database, and organising overseeing the care, storage, security and deaccessioning of collection items.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotion strategies to increase gallery audiences, public interest and participation.
* Develop and maintaining operation networks through effective liaison with visitors, stakeholders, board members, community and special interest groups.
* Oversee all aspects of day-to-day income and outgoing expenditure.
* Present financial status reports – monthly and annually for reporting requirements
