Job Description
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a passionate and empathetic individual to work with disadvantaged parents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting parents in preparing for their return to the workforce by developing education and employment goals, and linking them to services and activities in the local community.
The role involves empowering customers by helping them identify individual needs and providing career advice and labour market information on local employment and education opportunities.
You will also collaborate with the local community to build relationships and coordinate referrals to community agencies, and assist customers in applying for jobs, developing and tailoring CVs, and preparing for interviews.
