Autoleague, one of Australia's leading automotive groups, is seeking a passionate People and Culture Advisor to support Airport Toyota, a trusted, high-performing dealership located in Essendon Fields, operating from a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.
This is an on-site role based at Airport Toyota in Essendon Fields.
This is a part-time opportunity (0.5–0.6 FTE), ideally spread across 4–5 days. The structure is designed to offer flexibility and balance, while maintaining strong connection and presence within your portfolio. It's a rare opportunity to step into a true advisory role with impact, without committing to full-time hours.
About the Role
In this role, you will be employed by Autoleague and embedded within Airport Toyota, partnering closely with its leadership team to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development and offboarding.

What You'll Be Doing
* Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders and teams
* Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
* Support performance management and employee relations matters
* Partner on workforce planning and organisational initiatives
* Drive positive culture and engagement outcomes
* Ensure best practice HR processes and compliance
About You
You are a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives when trusted with responsibility. You enjoy building relationships, solving complex people matters and balancing operational delivery with strategic insight.

You will bring:
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
* Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and ensuring legislative compliance
* Strong working knowledge of Awards and the Fair Work Act
* Strong organisation and time management capability
* Strategic thinking and practical problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail
* A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is preferred
* Experience in, or knowledge of, the automotive industry will be highly regarded
