Job Description:
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Caboolture, QLD. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* NDIS Registration as a BSP (limited registration may be considered)
* A driver's licence and your own vehicle
* WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous NDIS and community experience is desirable

What You'll Do:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred support
* Deliver comprehensive assessments and therapy plans to meet individual needs
* Maintain accurate and detailed client records
* Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic and individual needs
* Schedule appointments and liaise with clients, stakeholders and team members
