Seeking a casual delivery person for 7 weeks while a driver is away.
Applicants must hold a valid C class (car) licence.
Some delivery driving experience is preferred for this role.
local work in the Caloundra to Maroochydore area doing the overflow from the larger run usually between 5-8 deliveries so very easy.
A company vehicle will be provided for all deliveries.
hours would be between 9-9.30 am and 11-12.30 pm ie 3 ish hours a day 3-4 days a week. So 10-12 hrs a week between 20th ish may for training week then ending early to mid July. No weekend work, No public holidays and no Monday Work.
Work schedule requires flexibility to work 3-4 days per week as needed.
A MR licence would be beneficial but not required for the role as the overflow trucks is under 4500kg. Some experience driving a van or similar would be a plus. You will require a class C licence minimum.
There is a possibility for a permanent part time role and/or more hours going forward.
You will need to be able to lift 15kg boxes from time to time but most are light. Training will be provided.
Would really suit someone with school kids or semi retired, You will be working directly with the owner and Main driver so need to have a good sense of humour and mostly be reliable.
