About the Role: Join a small, dynamic MSP in Perth as an IT Support / Service Desk professional. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity where your attitude and people skills matter most. You'll be the friendly, confident face of IT for clients, providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and occasional on-site assistance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional client service, resolving IT issues across Windows, Mac, and network devices Provide remote and on-site support to small business clients Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Communicate clearly with clients, building strong relationships Assist with IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades as required Key Skills & Experience: Strong client-facing skills / natural people person Experience in MSP environment advantageous, but not essential Confidence supporting clients directly Windows & MacOS troubleshooting Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPNs) Problem-solving & multitasking in fast-paced environment Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented Interested?
