Job Overview
BlueCare is embarking on an exciting transformation to strengthen the provision of quality nursing care in the community setting.
Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse you will be allocated a client portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through guidance and mentorship. You will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Review Client Care and Care Plans promoting independence & quality of life.
Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans.
Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents.
Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development.
Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
Current AHPRA registration.
Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience.
Ability to liaise with the care team and to provide co-ordinated care.
Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members.
>Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding highly desirable.
