Lead a dynamic care unit and shape high quality patient outcomes. You'll guide teams, build a positive culture, and keep care delivery safe, consistent and patient focused while partnering across the health service.

* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practising certificate
* Bring leadership experience in a clinical care setting
* Lead teams, resolve issues and build strong relationships
* Drive safe, quality care aligned with national standards
* Support staff growth and lead change across the service
