Key Responsibilities
* Use data and reports to inform business decisions and prioritize customer needs.
* Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on product knowledge and customer-centricity for exceptional store experiences.
* Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management, loss prevention, and talent attraction.
* Build and maintain a safe working environment, focusing on wellbeing and promoting a positive team culture.
* Create and communicate a store roster that balances customer and team needs.
* Understand and communicate the brand and business strategy to your team.
* Role-model CRG values to foster a team experience encouraging learning, ownership, and shared success.
