We are looking to speak with candidates who have:
* 12–15+ years' experience
* A background within design consultancies, hotel operators, developers, or real estate
* Strong hotel sector relationships across the Australian market
* Proven experience helping to win, pitch, or deliver hotel projects in Australia
* A commercial mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
