Overview
Keep the home safe, well‐maintained and running smoothly through day‐to‐day maintenance and repairs. You'll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, manage work orders and contractors, and ensure the environment remains safe, tidy and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors. You'll also play an important role in supporting a positive resident experience.
Responsibilities
* Carry out day‐to‐day maintenance and repairs.
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
* Manage work orders and coordinate contractors.

* Support a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
* Applicable trade qualification (highly desirable).
* Practical skills across building, repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Ability to manage priorities, work orders and respond to issues promptly.
* Understanding of safety, compliance and safe‐work practices.
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and problem‐solve effectively.
