You will guide digital transformation across multiple business units while maintaining operational excellence, risk management, and governance discipline.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a Group‐wide IT and digital strategy aligned with business growth.
* Lead enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks that ensure reliability and scalability.
* Drive continuous improvement, digital enablement, and data governance programs.
* Oversee major transformation initiatives, working closely with Finance, Operations, and Executive teams.
* Manage budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps with transparency and accountability.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing clear, practical guidance on emerging opportunities and risk.
About You
* You're a confident and pragmatic leader with extensive experience in corporate IT environments. You bring:
* 10+ years in IT leadership, ideally within complex, multi‐business organisations.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, finance, operational platforms).
* Proven background in IT strategy, service delivery, cyber security, and governance.
* Commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a hands‐on ability to deliver.
