What role will you play?
As an Engineering Manager, you will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team owned product and platforms. As well as technology ownership, you will own the hiring, retention and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture. You will mentor engineers, deep dive into technical problems, and provide leadership onplex technology issues, leading a team of Software Engineers (20-40 Engineers across 2-4 scrum teams).

2. Strong technical background (preferably Java based)
3. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at deliveringplex engineering initiatives
4. Productpany experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an Agile environment
