The role focuses on premium food service and weekend entertainment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about elevating the customer experience.
About The Role
The role requires full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must hold current RSA and RSG certifications. RMLV, an approved manager's licence and first aid qualifications are highly preferred.
A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‐high and the experience is unforgettable.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* Natural at making people feel welcome and detail‐oriented.
* Team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* Current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
