Description
Join part of a fun and dynamic team that provides a safe, clean and hygienic environment for the community of the Blue Mountains and their guests at the Springwood Aquatic and Fitness Centre. As well as ensuring a safe and friendly Fitness & Aquatic environment you will assist in providing exceptional customer service including providing advice on centre activities, conditions of entry and hazards.
To Be Successful, You Must Have
* Cert III Fitness
* First Aid
* Working with Children Check
* Lifeguard or willing to obtain
Position 1 - 30 Hours per fortnight
* Thursday 2:30pm to 7:30pm (5 hours / no break)
* Friday 2:30pm to 7:30pm (5 hours / no break)
* Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm (5 hours / no break)

Position 2 - 30 Hours per fortnight
* Thursday 9:00am to 2:00pm (5 hours / no break)
* Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm (5 hours / no break)
* Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm (5 hours / no break)
Remuneration
Base salary commencing at $61,197 (pro-rata) gross per annum
* 12% superannuation
* Performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
* Annual award increase
