About the Organisation This organisation plays a key role in supporting and advancing the electrical industry across Western Australia. Position Purpose As the WHS Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of workplace health and safety across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical and effective safety outcomes. Key Details Senior leadership role Report to executive leadership team Manage a small WHS team Work across multiple business units The Opportunity This is a high-impact role where you will shape and influence safety strategy while remaining close to operations. Key responsibilities include: Lead WHS strategy, frameworks and initiatives Drive a strong, proactive safety culture Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies Conduct incident investigations and audits Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders Deliver WHS reporting to leadership and Board Support and mentor the WHS team About You – What You’ll Bring You are a confident and pragmatic safety leader who can influence at all levels and drive meaningful change. You will bring: Diploma (or higher) in WHS Proven experience in a senior WHS role Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and frameworks Experience in construction, electrical or related industries Proven leadership and team management capability Strong stakeholder engagement skills Experience with audits, investigations and reporting Excellent communication and organisational skills Potential for Growth This organisation is committed to developing its people.
