We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of Breeze Connect. If you’re passionate about voice and data services, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want to be part of a team with huge growth potential, this is the role for you.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Breeze Connect’s telco services and hardware solutions. You will work closely with our national account management team, support resellers, and help onboard new partners. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60 quality daily calls to warm leads or existing active accounts to explore opportunities, conduct health checks, or protect against customer churn.
- Work closely with our 40 account managers nationally to help their channel partners grow Breeze Connect services.
- Assist with inbound sales queries from resellers or account managers, including quoting, designing, and compatibility checks.
- Be proactive and hungry to help grow all Breeze Connect services through our extensive database—via account managers and direct engagement with resellers.
- Onboard and train new Breeze Connect partners. Provide 1:1 guidance on portal usage and fast-tracking growth.
- Host online and in-person sales training on all Breeze Connect service offerings.
- Develop key marketing strategies with the product management team and collaborate with the design team to create marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales conversions.
- Prospect new customer leads to develop a wholesale channel of partners utilizing our telco services.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years experience in a voice or data sales role.
- Excellent product knowledge of IP Telephony and the broader Unified Communications space (e.g., NBN, SIP, Teams Calling).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to respond quickly to internal staff and customers and provide accurate support and suggestions.
- Bright and friendly personality with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a successful company.
- Strong ambition and hunger to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and related certifications is desirable.
