Your new role
As a sales and service consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver a customer centric service to all stakeholders, through a mix of inbound and outbound calls
* Assisting and guiding customers with the completion of applications over the phone, with a strong focus on sales and service outcomes
* Process all applications, new business onboarding and exiting customer servicing requests accurately, compliantly and within service level standards
* Continually look for ways to improve our service offer, create business efficiency's and complete more business
Your skills and experience
* Ideally you will have at least 1 year of sales call centre experience in the finance/insurance sector
* You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
* You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
Your benefits
* 1 scheduled day off a month! Working hours: mon-fri (rotating roster 8am-8pm) and every 3rd Saturday
(9am-5pm)
