The role of an Office Manager/Accounts is a critical component of our organization's operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and financial management of our business.
* Onboarding new clients involves establishing relationships, processing account information, and ensuring seamless interactions.
* Managing accounts payable and receivable requires maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Employee timesheets must be accurately managed against Proof of Delivery (PODs) to maintain compliance and ensure smooth operations.
* Providing administrative support to the team necessitates excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
* Insurance, registrations, and documentation for company vehicles and equipment require meticulous management to prevent non-compliance and maintain a high level of service delivery.
Requirements:
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple priorities concurrently is crucial.
* Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping, combined with proficiency in accounting software Xero, are highly valued.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with payroll, superannuation, and basic HR administration is also desirable.
