The Opportunity

We currently have job opportunities to join our Western Region team based in Dunedoo.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
* Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
* Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
* Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
* Identify and report client risks via our incident management system
What You'll Need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
* Registered and insured vehicle
* Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in using technology
