About the role
Bring our Personal Care brands—Norsca, Brut, Redwin, Rosken—to life with go-to-market excellence in innovation and execution. In this role, you will drive marketing activities that ensure the long-term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retail categories. Develop and implement activities across all aspects of the marketing mix to enhance your marketing skills. The main responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Marketing Manager
* Developing and launching new products
* Supporting internal sales teams with go-to-market plans and category strategies
* Monthly analysis and reporting of scan and category sales
* Managing brand media campaigns, including planning, creative development, reporting, and budgeting
* Tracking and monitoring monthly brand budgets
* Owning creative execution in collaboration with our internal graphics studio and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
We are seeking a passionate marketer eager to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories. You will have at least 1+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role, with a desire to learn and develop core marketing capabilities.
* Experience working with FMCG products and/or categories
* Knowledge of grocery category review processes is advantageous
* Solid understanding of marketing plans, including in-store and above-the-line media
* Experience analyzing grocery channel data, including scan sales and promotional effectiveness
* Ability to manage budgets and forecast marketing activities
* Excellent organization and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other internal departments
