THE OPPORTUNITY
Oversee and manage the production process in our Kill Floor, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.
ABOUT YOU
* Production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands-on floor level experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
* Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through
* Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements
* An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
* A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
* Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
* High motivation and enthusiasm
* Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
