About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager to join a dynamic, ambitious team within our Business Services division. You will work across a client base with a broad and exciting cross‐section of industries and collaborate with directors.
In this role, you'll:
* Contribute to diverse client outcomes, centred on high‐quality tax advice and core compliance work, with a growing focus on strategic, advisory and management accounting
* Work closely with other business units to provide a range of services, developing skills to create holistic outcomes for clients
* Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members to enable their growth and development

Responsibilities
* Prepare and review the full range of core tax and accounting compliance services, including financial statements, income tax returns and all other ATO and state‐based tax reporting
* Prepare periodical management reports, budget and forecast models, KPI reporting and deliver strategic insights to business owners
* Assist clients with enhancing their capabilities and insights via technology and software implementations
* Collaborate with Directors on advisory and strategic engagements
Skills and Experience
* CA qualified (or in progress) and relevant experience in Business Services
* Technical accounting skills and compliance knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to engage with a wide range of clients
* A collaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior team members effectively
* A positive attitude, dedication to high‐quality work and commitment to team success
