* Managing reception duties and responding to incoming enquiries
* Supporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and day‐to‐day operations
* Maintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicing
* Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliance
* Conducting resident welfare checks and managing follow‐ups where required
* Preparing newsletters and community communications
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activities
* Confidently acting as the on‐site point of contact and overseeing daily village operations in the absence of the Village Manager
* Carrying out ad‐hoc operational or resident‐support duties as directed by the Village Manager
Shifts
* Thursday: 9am to 5pm
* Friday: 9am to 5pm
This role may involve providing additional coverage during periods of leave, so candidates who are open to flexible shift arrangements with prior notice will be well suited.
