About the role:
* Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
* Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
* Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
* Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
* Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning
About you:
* You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
* You have experience in adult mental health
* You communicate clearly and therapeutically in complex situations
* You manage competing priorities while maintaining high clinical standards
* You value teamwork, flexibility and recovery-focused practice
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $60.05 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
