Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our global organization.
You will work closely with clients across various sectors to deliver project outcomes that drive business success and improve people's lives.
* Provide day-to-day IT support, including call logging, troubleshooting, and IT administration tasks.
* Support the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices.
* Assist on various projects and upgrades to meet business objectives.
* Manage asset databases and control software registers.
* Build positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in hands-on, remote, and telephone support.
* Experience in user administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 365, and Outlook in a corporate environment.
* Hands-on experience of LAN, WAN, and VPN, troubleshooting and support.
* Proven track record of working in a support environment supporting multiple users across multiple locations.
* Industry certifications such as ITIL and/or Microsoft will be highly regarded.
