We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, buffing and detailing vehicles as per job sheets.
Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicle for paintwork by cleaning and degreasing surfaces
* Apply primer and coat to achieve a smooth finish
* Buff and polish vehicle to remove imperfections
* Inspect work to ensure high quality standards are met
Requirements
* Previous experience in paint preparation or painting role
* Strong commitment to working safely and following OH&S policies
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
