This role plans day-to-day field activities, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, ensures compliance with design/specifications and industry standards, verifies as-builts/QA, and actively manages site risks, productivity, and stakeholder relationships (client reps, utility owners, local authorities, property owners).# **About the Role**Service Stream's Telecommunications division are seeking an energetic and experienced Civil Field Supervisor's to work on our N2P project in Brisbane.Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and supervision of subcontractors to ensure all field work activity is conducted at each site in a safe and effective manner.This role is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis, reporting into our Bowen Hills office.The work location of this role will be predominantly covering the Ipswich / Lockyer Valley Region.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide leadership and direction to assist civil workers achieve project delivery KPI's and meet customer expectations.* Deliver Subject Matter Expertise in civil construction, providing detailed knowledge and support to field crews.* Sign off civil permits of work to control known risks around underground assets.* Possess a high level of organisation skills to achieve production targets.
