About the Role
* Permanent Full time position 38 hours per week
* Salary $76,897 per year plus superannuation
* Apply knowledge skills and experience in a hands on operational capability across all hotel areas
* Lead by example and ensure service excellence in all interactions
* Handle customer complaints issues and incidents occurring within the hotel or affecting hotel guests or clients
* Facilitate training programs and on the job training for employees
* Undertake financial duties and follow hotel procedures to ensure accounting standards are upheld.
* Develop and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed all performance targets
* Be competent and knowledgeable in all of the hotel s product offerings and menus special events and promotions proactively promote them and innovate to create sales opportunities
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager Hotel role
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Front Office Hotel Supervisory role
* Attention to detail excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proven customer service communication and personal presentation skills
* Proven experience in Opera Cloud and hotel related systems
* Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster over a variety of shifts including public holidays
