The salary range for this role is $60k to $80k; however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including role responsibilities, a candidate’s experience, education, location, and skills. We are seeking candidates in these markets only: Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbia-SC, Columbus-OH, Dallas-FTW, Dayton, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Lexington-KY, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Savannah-GA, and Tampa.All team members are expected to act as compelling representatives of the Company, focused on delivering a superior counterparty service experience.ResponsibilitiesUnderwriting, monitoring, and making decisions to acquire, reposition, and sell single-family real estate across the United StatesAnalyze current value, potential rent, renovation costs, and projected sale price for assetsPerform ROI & IRR analyses for various strategies and channelsCreate, maintain, and update financial models of investmentsStress test investment performance through scenario and sensitivity analysesCreate and present investment memorandumsResearch market trends; synthesize complex data for presentationsMonitor reports from asset/property management, construction, and title partnersMeet or exceed KPIsSupport new business initiatives as neededQualificationsKnowledge of residential real estate, mortgage, or structured products preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of real estate risk and local markets preferredMotivated self-starter with creative problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHigh integrity and sound judgmentStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Excel, Word, and OutlookStrategic agility and adaptability in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and in teamsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or STEM; 2-5 years of relevant experience or exceptional undergraduatesWillingness to complete a DiSC personality assessmentCertifications, Licenses, and/or RegistrationReal estate license preferred but not requiredPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentTravel: 10% or as necessary.
