Responsibilities Track and manage inventory Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe Manage warehouse staff Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-productive workflow processes Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, packaging, and dispatch of goods Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and management best practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
