Known for its live music, sport, buzzing atmosphere, great food and perfectly poured Guinness, Finn's is a true Brisbane institution with plenty of personality.

Qualifications
* Previous Venue Management experience in high-volume hospitality venues
* Strong operational background across food & beverage
* Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
* Strong understanding of rostering, stock control, reporting & P&L management
* Ability to drive service standards, team culture and business performance
* Hands‐on leadership style with a strong floor presence during peak trade
* Ability to execute promotions and build guest engagement
* Current RMLV & Approved Managers Licence required
* Previous Irish pub and/or late-night venue experience is highly regarded, however not essential
